Активы, которые покупаются и продаются в качестве обычного компонента продолжающейся деловой активности. То, что является обычным активом для одной фирмы, может быть основными фондами для другой. Брокер, занимающийся недвижимостью и продающий собственность, может продавать обычные для него активы, однако если продал землю розничный торговец, будет считаться, что он продал основные фонды.
